When we started looking for a house we couldn't find anyone who would recommend the solicitors they used, so went with Key based on Google reviews. We didn't regret it - everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and Toby was always willing to discuss things on the phone. We even got a cheque posted to us after we moved as they realised we'd overpaid. Can definitely recommend them.

Key Property Solicitor is amazing. Toby and Martin are so friendly and helpful. They always answer the phone and reply our emails very soon, with good advice and immediate update. My wife and I had been property hunting for more than one year in Bristol and had horrible experience with another firm, Metcalfes Solicitors – Bristol. When we asked friends for recommendation of solicitors, haha, everyone seemed to hate their own solicitor.

We chose Key Property simply because of the good review on google. Also, their quote was the best one out of the eight firms we asked for quotes. They turned out to the best solicitors we have ever used. They are very client-centred and are always proactive in dealing with issues. When the other people in our purchase chain were being unreasonable (e.g. keeping pushing us on the exchange day but wanted to postpone the completion day at the end), Toby and his team were very professional - completing all the procedures to a high standard with great efficiency. Toby was always happy to meet up, explain things and allow us to make well informed decisions.

We just want to say a great thank you to Toby and his team. Now we have successfully moved to our new home. I guess the only thing I can do is to share our pleasant experience with our friends and other users on google. Buying a property in Bristol can be quite a long and stressful process, we hope our review can help other people minimise the stress from working with such a fantastic solicitor team!
